Diane Thompson Ballard Health Walk – Join us for our annual Health walk!

Saturday June 14, 2025
Southside Park, 2115 6th Street, Sacramento, CA 95818 (directly across the street)

Registration begins at 9:00a followed by a brief warm-up.
Please dress in comfortable clothing, wear a good pair of walking sneakers/tennis shoes and don’t forget your sunscreen! All participants welcome!

• Walk and fellowship with WMS
• Visit the Wellness Corner for a blood pressure reading or obtain information regarding health and wellness
• Stop by the various vendor booths (cookies, cosmetics, jewelry, etc.)
• Pick up fresh fruit and veggies from our mini farmers market or take home a veggie plant to start your own garden
• Learn the latest line dances from instructors on hand teaching the dances for the next cookout!
• All are welcomed to participate
• This is a fundraiser to support St. Andrews WMS. A $10 donation will be greatly appreciated!
